Henderson Brothers Announces 4 New Hires in Pittsburgh

Henderson Brothers Inc., an independent insurance agency based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, recently announced the following four new hires.

John DeSimone joined Henderson Brothers as director of Human Resources. With seven years of experience in human resources, DeSimone will continue building Henderson Brothers’ employee recruiting, training, and development programs.

Erin Mays joined as senior consultant in the personal lines department. Mays brings more than 10 years of consulting experience in personal lines insurance to her new role.

Daniel Dennehy-Rodriguez has been hired as a Medicare & Individual Products specialist in the employee benefits department. With five years of experience in the industry, Dennehy-Rodriguez will add to the agency’s education program on Medicare and the Affordable Care Act and offer personalized plan selection assistance to individual and group clients.

Matthew McNeil joined as financial analyst in the benefits department. McNeil brings two years of underwriting experience to Henderson Brothers, where he will help clients understand the current and future financial state of their benefit plans.
