South Carolina’s Johnson & Johnson Buys H.T. Bailey of Massachusetts
Johnson & Johnson, a Charleston, South Carolina managing general agency, has acquired wholesale broker H.T. Bailey Insurance Group in Burlington and Quincy, Mass.
Under its new ownership, H.T. Bailey will continue to offer products and services to independent agents and brokers in the New England region, and will soon offer more markets through Johnson & Johnson, according to the announcement.
Johnson & Johnson now works with retail independent insurance agents in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Vermont.
