AssuredPartners Acquires InSight Aviation Insurance in Virginia

AssuredPartners Inc., through its Dawson Companies platform, has completed the acquisition of InSight Aviation Insurance in Richmond, Va.

InSight Aviation is an agency that specializes in property/casualty insurance and risk management services for aviators and aviation businesses, from individual aircraft owners to multinational aerospace concerns.

Jay Wadsworth, principal of InSight Aviation Insurance, will join Dawson Companies as president of Dawson Aviation and senior vice president of AssuredAerospace, and will continue to work closely with aviation clients throughout the eastern United States. Dawson Companies provides insurance products for businesses and individuals, employee benefits, and claims and surety bonding services.
