N.Y.-Based Crystal & Company Appoints Executive Vice President
New York-based brokerage Crystal & Company named Charles Williamson as executive vice president, field operations and corporate development.
Williamson will report to Chairman and CEO James W. Crystal and will join the firm’s executive committee and lead the growth and development of the firm’s national branch operations, executing Crystal & Company’s regional expansion strategy. He will have management responsibility for all regional market executives and will work closely with business unit leaders to execute business plans across the U.S.
Williamson brings to his new role more than 20 years of leadership, sales and operational expertise and industry knowledge from his career at AIG. Most recently, he was president, Consumer Insurance Americas for AIG, where he was responsible for the company’s personal lines, employee benefits, warranty, and accident & health businesses, comprising nearly $5 billion of annual premium and 1,500 employees.
