N.Y.-Based Vanderbilt Properties Insurance Brokerage Names CEO

Vanderbilt Properties Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management LLC, a New York-based specialist in insurance program administration for the real estate industry, promoted Alnoor S. Ladha to president and chief executive officer.

Previously, Ladha was the firm’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Vanderbilt Properties Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management is a program manager and program developer of risk purchasing groups (RPG) and workers’ compensation safety groups. Vanderbilt Properties was formed in 1998 to provide property/casualty insurance products to owners, managers and developers of commercial and residential properties.
