Starr Companies Appoints North American Accident & Health Leader
Starr Companies announces the appointment of Meredith Ryan-Reid as North American leader for the accident and health division. She is based in New York.
Ryan-Reid will be responsible for the overall growth, profitability, distribution and product offerings for the division. She joins Starr with 15 years of industry experience, with both carrier and producer organizations.
Starr Companies’ global executive for the accident and health division, Ed Navarro, said Ryan-Reid will lead the company’s “ambitious growth plans” for the division in North America.
The New York-headquartered Starr is a leading insurance and investment organization with a presence on five continents; through its operating insurance companies, Starr provides property/casualty, and accident & health insurance products as well as a range of specialty coverages including aviation, marine, energy and excess casualty insurance.
