Aon Risk Solutions Hires Business Development VP in Rhode Island

Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management unit of Aon Corp., has appointed Jeffrey Polucha as vice president of business development for its Providence, Rhode Island, office.

Polucha comes from Soucy Insurance Agency in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, where he recently served as an account executive in commercial markets. He has a wide array of expertise in several niche areas, including utilities, health care and economic development.

At Aon Risk Solutions, he will be responsible for new client sales and business development. He will work with the Providence sales and account executive team.

Aon Risk Solutions operates in 120 countries and has some 25,000 employees around the world. It generated $4.9 billion in revenues in 2010.
