Bill White has been named as the next director of insurance, securities and banking in Washington D.C.

White has 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. He most recently served as a consultant with Prism Strategies, which specializes in developing alternative risk transfer transactions and captive insurance entities for businesses and domicile development for D.C.
