Vermont Police Search for Suspect behind String of 22 Arsons
Police in Barre, Vermont are trying to solve a string of 22 arson fires that go back to October, including three on Thursday.
Police released a surveillance video of what appears to be a suspect setting a fire in a trash container behind a Main Street business on Thursday evening.
A $5,000 reward is being offered.
Police Chief Timothy Bombardier says he thinks someone would recognize the suspect in the video.
Almost all the suspicious fires have been in trash containers.
Another of the Thursday fires was to a parked vehicle, the third was to a recycling container.
None of the Thursday fires did serious damage.
There have been no injuries in any of the fires.
