Wells Fargo Insurance Acquires Herder – Tarricone in New Jersey

Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc. reported that it has acquired the assets of Three Bridges, New Jersey’s Herder – Tarricone Associates.

Herder – Tarricone Associates provides insurance, employee benefits and financial services products to both businesses and individual customers. Shareholders Peter Tarricone, Chris Tarricone, Karen Tarricone and their team will continue to be based in Hunterdon County, N.J. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
