Levine Joins Beecher Carlson Risk Management Practice in Conn.
Atlanta-based insurance broker Beecher Carlson has named Gerald Levine as managing director. Levine will be responsible for client development for Beecher Carlson’s Risk Management Practice. He will be based in Old Lyme, Connecticut, which serves as Beecher Carlson’s entry into the state and expands its footprint in the Northeast.
Levine brings 33 years experience to Beecher Carlson. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of Webster Insurance of Meriden, Conn. Prior to that, he served as president of Levine Companies before its merger with Webster Insurance.
Levine’s strengths include OCIP development and management, Indian and non-Indian gaming, hospitality and a general mix of wholesale, energy and manufacturing risks. He has managed property and casualty programs for large Indian gaming casinos as well as other commercially-operated casinos and racinos in the Northeast and West.
