N.Y.’s Rose & Kiernan Adds The Daniels Agency
The Daniels Agency, with New York offices in Pawling and Poughkeepsie and another in Danbury, Conn., will merge with Rose and Kiernan, Inc, a large independent insurance agency with it’s corporate headquarters in East Greenbush, N.Y.
The deal, which is expected to close on Sept. 1, expands Rose and Kiernan’s reach into the lower Hudson Valley and western Connecticut.
The combined agencies will have a staff of 220 in 14 locations throughout New York state and Danbury, Conn. Once this merger is completed, Rose and Kiernan said it would rank among the 50 largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms in the U.S.
