The workshop, hosted by R. Bryan Tilden, will deal with various subjects, including identifying the problem of defective construction, coverages available for breach of contract under CGL policies, and reviewing cases finding and refusing to find that defective work is an occurrence.
In addition, the workshop will explain the various trigger theories available, including allocation among policies, as well as examine defective work as property damage.
