GE Employers Re Agrees to Sell Accountants’ E&O
GE Employers Reinsurance Corporation (GE ERC) has finalized an agreement to sell the renewal rights on its accountants’ Errors & Omissions business underwritten by its Westport Insurance Corporation to Philadelphia Insurance Companies of Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Insurance Companies will provide the Westport agents and brokers with underwriting terms and conditions as the business expires. Each risk will be individually underwritten through Philadelphia Insurance Co.’s 10 regional offices. All Westport producers will be contacted over the next 30 days with instructions on how to process their business.
