CNA, Schinnerer Launch P/C Coverage for Real Estate Industry

Schinnerer & Company Inc. of Chevy Chase, Md. announced it has extended its Realty Choice™ program, which provides property/casualty coverages for the real estate industry, to firms in Massachusetts, Virginia, and Illinois.

The Realty Business Owners Policy, underwritten by CNA, covers computer equipment, accounts receivable, papers/media, money and securities. Employee dishonesty and sewer/drain clogging are also covered by the policy.

Schinnerer’s professional liability coverages for real estate agents include discrimination (fair housing), personal injury, lockbox, sale of personal or secondary residence and optional environmental hazards coverage. Policies are available for both commercial and residential firms. CNA/Schinnerer insureds also receive the benefits of expert claims management and a legal hotline for advice.
