The Hartford Provides Market for Hard-to-Place New Jersey Business
The Hartford Financial Services Group is accepting applications from members of the Independent Insurance Agents of New Jersey over the web for tough-to-place business.
The applications are part of the Independent Insurance Agents of America’s new Big “I” Markets program. Under this Internet-based program, New Jersey member agents can now submit business to The Hartford for the following product areas: construction wrap-ups, difficult to place products/GL, excess workers comp, fidelity/crime and fiduciary liability, and tough property placements.
The Big “I” Markets Program is scheduled to launch in Oklahoma and Virginia in August, and IIAA expects to expand the program eventually to the remaining 47 states. The Hartford expects to expand the products it offers through the program to the 48 contiguous states.
