Calif. Governor Wants Workers’ Comp Fix in a Week
West News • March 22
“I just wish the governor in my state had the backbone the “Terminator” appears to. Like California, our legislature (and our newly elected governor) is predominantly trial lawyers who have lined their pockets off the backs of injured workers and insurance companies so that we now have among the highest workers’ comp rates and lowest workers’ comp benefits. Hope Arnold can make a difference in California because we could all use an example of effective workers’ comp reform. Way to Go!”
