RiskFocus is part of AscendantOne’s browser-based RateFocus(tm) system, a P&C rate management solution for all lines, in any state, and any distribution framework. RateFocus and the RiskFocus underwriting/rules engine are key components of AscendantOne’s browser-based P&C Solution Suite for new business acquisition, policy administration, customer service and retention management. The AscendantOne RiskFocus underwriting/rules engine enabled insurance staff, not programmers, to establish dynamic automated underwriting including rules, guidelines, validations and edits. More efficient and profitable underwriting decisions are now possible because RiskFocus and RateFocus are tightly integrated with risk information from Insurance Services Office Inc.
