An “Api” FSR was assigned to Integon National Insurance Co. and its affiliates by S&P based on reinsurance arrangements with Motors Insurance Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC Insurance Holdings Inc.

Integon National and its affiliates—including Integon General Ins. Corp., Integon Preferred Ins. Co., Integon Specialty Ins. Co., Integon Indemnity Corp., Integon Casualty Ins. Co. and New South Insurance Co.—specialize in nonstandard auto insurance in 31 states.
