Clarendon Members Affirmed

The “AA-” counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on Clarendon National Insurance Co. and Clarendon America Insurance Co, actively rated members of the Clarendon Insurance Group, were affirmed by S&P’s. The outlook on the companies was revised from negative to stable.
