Alliant Insurance Services, a nationwide specialty insurance brokerage firm, has made three additions to its Construction Services Group headquartered in Alpharetta, Ga.

Danielle Maxey has joined as account executive. In this role, she continues to service clients operating in the construction and real estate industries. Prior to joining Alliant, Maxey was an assistant vice president, account executive and client service team leader in the construction and real estate division for a large global insurance broker. There, she worked as an integrated risk management advisor. Before her broker role, Maxey worked as an underwriter, focusing on casualty lines for trade and artisan subcontractors.

Brent Hartman has been named managing director where he will continue as a client advocate for construction and real estate clients. Prior to joining Alliant, Hartman was an executive vice president in the construction and real estate division for a large global insurance broker. There, he focused on controlled insurance programs and corporate property and casualty lines of coverage for engineering news-record (ENR) contractors, national real estate clients, and Fortune 500 corporations.

Bill Noonan has also been named managing director. He will focus on building client risk strategies and will also spearhead awareness of Alliant’s diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the construction and insurance industries. Prior to joining Alliant, Noonan was the U.S. leader of construction for a global insurance brokerage firm. Prior to this, Noonan was a regional director of Risk Management for Turner.

EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants has added attorney Jeremy Glassford to the firm’s Birmingham, Ala.-based National Energy Construction practice as a senior client executive.

Glassford will be involved in all aspects of new business development, risk management and client retention, including needs assessment and exposure identification; risk management and insurance program audits; program design and placement; ongoing client management; program stewardship; and resource and vendor management.

Glassford joins EPIC from law firm Balch & Bingham where he was a commercial litigator.
