USI Insurance Services has added Randy Deskins to the USI MidSouth region as its bond manager. Based in the USI Louisville, Ky., office, Deskins will be responsible for managing the service delivery of surety clients and surety carrier relationships throughout the state of Kentucky.
According to John S. Meehan, regional chief executive officer for the USI MidSouth region, the move supports USI’s investment in new people and its plan to grow its marketshare.
Before joining USI, Deskins was with Cincinnati Insurance Co. as a surety manager. Prior to that, he was a bond manager at Westfield Surety and an underwriter at F&D.
Jeffrey White has joined the Atlanta office of All Risks Ltd. as a casualty and professional lines broker. White has prior experience in the wholesale and retail insurance sectors as a producer and branch manager.
White will focus on brokerage/complex placements relating to both professional and casualty exposures. He will work on covering a variety of hard-to-place risks, such as life science accounts including clinical trials, research firms and nutra products; social services; E&O for tech firms and real estate agencies; medical professional liability; cyber liability; general casualty; as well as manufacturing and construction-related risks in the southeast region.
Jorge Aimini has joined the Miami office of All Risks as a brokerage underwriter. His responsibilities will comprise of underwriting accounts within the parameters of All Risks’ contract binding agreements and accessing brokerage markets for a variety of risks in the state of Florida.
Aimini was most recently an underwriter at Morstan General Agency Inc. of Margate, Fla., where he worked on underwriting casualty, garage, and commercial property. Prior to his carrier position, he worked for a wholesaler.
Lockton, a global independent insurance broker, has added Matthew Gregory to its Nashville office where he’ll specialize in employee benefits solutions for the healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail industries.
Lockton is actively expanding its staff in Nashville in both property/casualty insurance and employee benefits.
Before joining Lockton, Gregory served as sales director at Benefitfocus, where he focused on the 500 to 5,000 employee market sector in Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.
The Main Street America Group has promoted Jeff Kusch from Western region president to senior vice president/head of field operations and Tiffany Daly to president of its Western region.
Kusch has been the company’s Western region president since 2012. He is also the president and CEO of Main Street America’s Austin Mutual Insurance Co. affiliate.
In conjunction with his promotion, Kusch will become a member of Main Street America’s senior management team and report to CEO Tom Van Berkel. He will split his time between the company’s regional office in Maple Grove, Minn., and its corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Fla.
Daly will assume Kusch’s responsibilities as Western region president, overseeing the region’s management and performance.
