Novato, Calif.-based Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. appointed Michelle Impey as fine art director, personal insurance. She is based in New York City. Impey comes to Fireman’s Fund from Chubb, where she served for 11 years as senior fine art specialist for the Eastern territory. Prior to joining Chubb she spent two years as an art researcher with Wildenstein and Co. in New York. She is a member of ArtTable and The Arts & Records Committee of the Inland Marine Underwriters Association. In her new role at Fireman’s Fund, Impey will share information with agents, brokers, and policyholders on current trends affecting the fine art and private collections markets.

Wholesale insurance broker All Risks Ltd. has promoted Andrew Thompson to senior vice president for brokerage of the Atlanta office. Thompson has been a part of the All Risks team for 11 years. Prior to joining All Risks, he worked in retail brokerage with both Aon and Willis. All Risks is based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The firm also has offices in Arizona, California, the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington.

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a Bala Cynwyd, Penn.-based property/casualty and professional liability insurance company for niche markets, promoted Dan Shea to senior vice president of marketing for the company’s Eastern territory. For the last eight years, Shea has served as regional vice president of the company’s Northeast region. He takes over for Brian O’Reilly, who was recently promoted to executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

Wells Fargo Insurance has named David Robertson managing director for its Atlanta office. Robertson will lead business development, client service and sales, and cross-sell strategy for the company’s insurance operations in northern Georgia and Tennessee as well as oversee the employee benefits, property/ casualty, and private risk management business segments throughout the region. He will report to Tom Longhta, South region managing director. Robertson was most recently head of William Gallagher Associates’ Atlanta office, specializing in the healthcare industry. He is a former regional partner at Willis Group Holdings, and senior vice president at Marsh.
