The Main Street America Group has appointed Bruce Fox to serve as the group’s general counsel. Fox has been serving as corporate counsel for the property and casualty group since 2007. He will report to Main Street America chairman, president, and chief executive officer Tom Van Berkel and will be based at the firm’s corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.
In his new role, Fox will oversee Main Street America’s corporate operations and provide legal advice on all personnel matters affecting the group’s five subsidiaries and one affiliate.
He will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization’s business practices, policies and other practices meet all state and federal regulatory requirements.
Fox join Main Street America in 2002 as a senior field attorney and was subsequently promoted to managing attorney in 2006 where he oversaw the company’s staff counsel operations in Auburn, Mass. He was elected as a company officer in 2008. Prior to joining Main Street America, Fox was the director of legal services for contract negotiations and the benchmarking services division of AMR Research Inc., in Boston.
Wholesale insurance brokerage firm All Risks Ltd. has promoted Lora Robbins to branch sales leader in the Charlotte, N.C. office. Robbins first joined the firm in 2006.

Stonetrust Commercial Insurance Co., a regional workers’ compensation insurer licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, has added the following individuals to its management team:
Dave Lorino has been named vice president of Claims for Stonetrust. Lorino, who has 24 years of claims experience, was most recently with LUBA Workers’ Comp as claims manager. Previously, he was with Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corp. (LWCC) for 12 years, where he managed catastrophic claims.
Randy Andrepont has been named director of Premium Audit. Andrepont joins Stonetrust from Summit Consulting Inc., a Liberty Mutual subsidiary, where he served as regional premium audit manager over the Southwest Region of Liberty Mutual’s agency market group. He was previously with LWCC. Andrepont has 29 years of audit experience.
Jim Parker has been named assistant vice president of Loss Control. With more than 23 years of loss control experience, Parker joins Stonetrust from LUBA Workers’ Comp where he was most recently loss control manager. Previously, he served in risk control with CNA and Bituminous.
Intellectual Property Insurance Services Corp., based in Louisville, Kentucky, has appointed Sandra Walker as vice president of Litigation Management. Walker’s chief responsibility is to assist Insureds with the management of their intellectual property litigation.

Farmer’s Insurance Group has named Todd Brooks senior vice president of its eastern zone, which comprises the states of Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin.
He most recently served as vice president of field operations for Farmer’s eastern growth markets. Brooks joined Farmers in 1987 and has held served in a number of claims, underwriting, sales, marketing and management positions, including vice president and chief underwriting officer in personal lines underwriting.
