New York-based insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro has hired Robert H. Easton as deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Easton most recently served as deputy superintendent and general counsel for the New York State Department of Insurance. Previously, he served as deputy solicitor general of the New York State Department of Law. Prior to entering the public sector, Easton was a commercial litigator at Sidley & Austin in New York.

Great American Insurance Group, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, has promoted Timothy C. Weber and Jeffery D. Kohl.

Weber, was named divisional president of Great American’s Crop Division, succeeding Ron Brichler, who will continue in his role of senior vice president of Great American Insurance Co., overseeing these operations.

Weber most recently served as the divisional executive vice president of the Crop Division. He has been involved in the crop insurance industry for the past 21 years. Prior responsibilities i ncluded loss adjustment, claim supervision, marketing, regional office manager and national claim manager.

Kohl has been promoted to divisional senior vice president, overseeing the IT Infrastructure of Great American Insurance Group. He has served as an IT professional operating in the property/casualty insurance business for more than 20 years, taking on various management and leadership positions within the company.

New York-based program administrator The Brownyard Group has formed a new division, Brownyard Client Services, to serve as a facilitator between its agents and brokers and its underwriting and claims teams. Co-managing the new division will be Judy Loria, who has been named account services manager, and Ruth Connelly, who has been named client relations specialist. Loria will be the main contact for insureds; Connelly will be the main contact for agents and brokers.

Alabama-based insurer Infinity Property and Casualty Corp. has promoted two executives. Ralph Gravelle has been promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer.

Gravelle began his career with Infinity in 1986 as an entry-level programmer. For the past 12 months, Gravelle has acted as the interim CIO for the company.

James Raley has been promoted to vice president, customer service. Raley began his career with Infinity in October 1994, as manager of customer service.
