R&S, eCOVERAGE ALLIANCE

Royal & Sun Alliance USA and Internet-based insurance services company eCoverage have formed a business relationship to develop Internet capability to provide streamlined information access and processing support to R&S personal lines agents. The agreement also calls for R&S to provide eCoverage with access to an insurance company shell, with licenses in 48 states and the District of Columbia, accelerating eCoverage’s national rollout and strengthening its competitive position against personal insurance direct writers.
