Long Haul Trucking Program
Nuts & Bolts: M.J. Hall and Co. Inc. has a program for long haul truckers garaged in California. It covers liability, physical damage, cargo and trucker’s general liability. The program also covers: Ag haulers, intermodal operations, flatbed operations and oversized/overweight operations. Fleets up to 50 units are acceptable. Other transportation markets include local and long haul truckers domiciled in California, public auto (non-emergency medical, taxi, charter bus), excess auto, garage (service and dealer included GKLL and DOL) and business auto.

Auto Physical Damage for Trucking
Nuts & Bolts: AIX Group Inc. has a program to provide automobile physical damage coverage in commercial trucking operations, targetting operations with above average loss experience and fleets between five and 75 units. Commercial light, medium, heavy and extra heavy trucks, tractors, trailers or semi-trailers up to 10 years old may be insured. AIX Group will source this business through agents with a minimum of $100,000 in controlled APD premiums in the trucking sector.

Commercial Auto Program
Nuts & Bolts: Builder and Traders Insurance Services Inc. has an exclusive commercial auto program underwritten by Commerce West Insurance Co. for vehicles up to 45,000 pounds gross vehicle weight. The program will entertain classes of business such as electrical contractors, landscape, painting and more. BTIS has developed an online price indication/submission system. The program pays 16 percent commission for non-fleet accounts.

Financial Institutions Risk Protector provides the ability to bundle management and professional liability coverages into one policy, and offers a modular format for purchasing coverage including: directors and officers liability; employment practices liability; fiduciary liability; errors and omissions liability for insurance companies and for banks; security and privacy liability; and employed lawyers liability. Flexible retentions and aggregate limits are available.
