The coverage is a limited claims-made form offering up to five years prior acts coverage and up to a 15 year supplemental extended reporting period. New venture contractors are considered.

Dollars:
Policy limit is $500,000 with a $2,500 deductible and a minimum premium of $5,000 or $1,000,000 with a $2,500 deductible and a minimum premium of $7,500.

Rated “A- VIII,” non-admitted.
