Nuts & Bolts: Appleby & Sterling is offering a new Special Preferred Risks Program, targeting office parks, industrial parks, shopping centers and restaurants. Qualifying risks can receive substantial rate credits with specific endorsements providing enhanced coverage.

Dollars: Premiums of $1,500, deductibles range from $1,000 to $5,000 and there are no policy limits.

Carrier: Rated “A+ XV,” admitted.
