Dollars: Policy limits of $10 million per location and depending on spread of risk. Deductibles are from $2,500 to $10,000 and a minimum premium of $2,500.

Carrier: Rated “A- X11,” (excellent), non-admitted.

States Available: Arizona, California and Nevada.
