Environmental Multi-Line for Contractors, Consultants

Nuts & Bolts: Arch Insurance Group introduced an environmental multi-line policy for environmental contractors and consultants requiring multiple coverages in one integrated policy. The new policy provides a broad coverage solution and an integrated policy form that offers insureds and brokers flexibility of coverage, limits, deductibles and trigger types in one well integrated and easy to understand package. Coverage may vary from state to state. Offered coverages include, commercial general liability, contractors pollution liability and errors and omissions. Options for individual or combined aggregate limits are incorporated as well as the availability of occurrence coverages or claims made. An integrated form with one declarations page for all coverages is offered. Policies may be written on a blanket or project-
specific basis and excess coverage is available. Target markets: environmental contractors, consultants, project managers and engineers, as well as emergency response and remediation contractors.

Dollars: Deductible – $5,000, min. premium – $25,000 and liability limits to $25 million.

Carrier: Arch Insurance Group rated “A-” XII, non-admitted.
