Nuts & Bolts: International E&S Insurance Brokers Inc. is offering a market for Builders Risk. Coverage includes all risks of direct physical loss or damage, including earthquake and flood. All types of construction are eligible, including wood frame.

Dollars: Policy limit $30 million per occurrence, except annually aggregated as respects to the perils of flood and earthquake, separately. Minimum premium is $5,000. Minimum deductible is $5,000.

Carrier: Underwritten with several “A” rated, nonadmitted carriers, depending on coverage and states.

States Available: All.
