Nuts & Bolts: Cascade-Amstar has a program for both Commercial and Residential Builders Risk. Endorsements: Theft of materials, materials in transit, contents in model homes. Program is immediately available to appointed brokers. Other brokers must inquire for appointment. Must have CA’s own Builders Risk application filled out or completed to acquire quote.

Dollars: Up to $25 million in value; minimum deductible of $1,000; minimum premium of $500.

Carrier: Admitted market. Rated “A+” XV.
