Nuts & Bolts: Appleby & Sterling has a new apartment package market available. No maximum number of unit constraints, five or more units per building. Built prior to 1960, updates required for all buildings over 25 years. Ninety percent occupancy or better, no loss history over 35 percent. Special supplements needed.

Dollars: General liability – $1,000,000 per OCC./$2,000,000 General AGG. Pools fenced. Minimum premium – $2,500 per package (GL, PROP.).

Carrier: Non-Admitted A-X.
