Built prior to 1960, updates required for all buildings over 25 years. Ninety percent occupancy or better, no loss history over 35 percent. Special supplements needed.
Dollars: General liability – $1,000,000 per OCC./$2,000,000 General AGG. Pools fenced. Minimum premium – $2,500 per package (GL, PROP.).
