Nuts & Bolts: Lemac & Associates has added another new market looking to quote residential subcontractors on an occurrence form. The market requires 10 years loss runs to bind coverage, but if the loss experience is good, they will entertain the risk with as few as seven years currently valued loss runs. Lemac requires submissions to include an Acord Application and a company specific questionnaire. The questionnaire is available at Lemac’s Web site and can be downloaded from www.lemacassociates.com.

Dollars: Minimum premium is $250,000. Minimum SIR is $10,000. Limits can go as high as 1/2/2. Blanket Additional Insured using the CG 20 10 93 is available.

States Available: California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and Oregon.
