Nuts & Bolts: Dwyer & Associates’ in-house underwriting department is offering professional liability facilities available for real estate agents, mortgage bankers, and acupuncturists.

Real estate highlights include prior acts coverage for accounts that have carried continuous real estate E&O coverage and can provide a copy of their expiring declarations page. Policy limits up to $1,000,000/$1,000,000 and the minimum deductible is $5,000. The acupuncture program offers two optional Claims-Made policy forms, one for professional liability coverage alone and one for combined general liability and professional liability. Policy limits are $1,000,000 each claim/occurrence; $3,000,000 aggregate with a $1,000 each claim deductible. Both products offer immediate policy issuance upon binding.
