EPL Analytex responds to the needs of small to medium-sized corporations for an increased level of financial security from both the skyrocketing defense costs and economic damage awards associated with employment-related litigation. The policy protects employers for covered loss alleging violations of the Equal Pay Act of 1963, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, Sections 501 and 502 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Titles I and V of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Family Medical and Leave Act of 1993, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, and Sections 806 and 1007 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Coverage is also provided for claims involving U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission administrative actions, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and discrimination.
