Owner occupied, seasonal or tenant occupied units are eligible. Applications are available online at www.superioraccess.com. Agents and brokers must be appointed to use the forms and new producers are always welcome. Appointments can be obtained online at the SAIS site.
Dollars: Actual cash value of personal property up to a maximum of $200,000; 10 percent personal property limit for loss of use and $1,000 dwelling is included but can be increased up to $100,000. Policyholders can opt for a choice of personal property limits of $
