Nuts & Bolts: The Water Quality Insurance Syndicate, WQIS, is offering a pollution liability program for marina owners and operators—Blue Haven Marina Coverage. It is also available for vessel owners and covers any vessel under 300 gross tons moored, berthed or visiting a marina. Dollars: Priced on a per-slip mooring basis; limits of $500,000 or $1 million. Higher limits may be available upon request.
