Nuts & Bolts: Construction Equipment Insurance Services is offering a new general liability program for residential and commercial contractors in Texas. Coverage is with a newly formed Risk Retention Group. General contractors and subcontractors are eligible for the program. No restriction on the amount of subcontracted work, tract homes or tract size. Condo and townhome construction not eligible.

Dollars: Minimum premium is $2,500.

States Available: Texas.
