Endorsements—claims made, prior acts can be included.
Dollars: Policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Deductibles of $500 to $5,000. Minimum premiums of $1,500.
Carrier: Admitted and Non admitted. “A” Rated.
