AIG Continues Paying Back TARP Money
In other AIG News, the company made an additional $972 million repayment to the U.S. Treasury Department in early November. AIG said the money paid is the sixth major payment to the government in 2011, bringing the total repaid this year to $45 billion. The remaining government and loans are now down to $67.5 billion.
