N.H.’s Sevigny Gets Nod
New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch has nominated Insurance Commissioner Roger Sevigny to serve another term.
Former Gov. Craig Benson first nominated then-Assistant Commissioner Sevigny to replace Insurance Commissioner Paula Rogers in 2003.
His peers in other states have elected Sevigny to become the next president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. His presidency will begin in the fall.
Prior to joining the insurance department, Sevigny worked in the insurance industry at Travelers Insurance for 30 years.
