The Company was incorporated in 1897 as the Farmers Fire Relief Association of Sublimity, Oregon. The name change to Sublimity Insurance Company was made in 1972. Licensed in Idaho and Oregon, the Company specializes in rural risks. The Company writes personal automobile liability and physical damage and homeowners insurance with a modest amount of Farmowners and Fire insurance.

The Company has earned a Financial Stability Rating® of A, Exceptional from Demotech Inc. The Company was assigned a rating of B+ (Very Good) from the A. M. Best Company.

Merced Mutual Insurance Company
The Company commenced business in 1906 as the Hilmar Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Merced County. The Company has been issuing non-assessable policies since 1959. The current name, Merced Mutual Insurance Company, was adapted over a period of time and has been used exclusively since 1982. The Company is licensed and writes business in the state of California. Its product line includes Homeowners insurance, Farmowners insurance, Fire, Allied Lines, Earthquake and Inland Marine.

The Company has earned a Financial Stability Rating® of A, Exceptional from Demotech Inc. The Company was assigned a rating of A- from the A. M. Best Company.
