Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.’s U.S. wholesale brokerage, binding authority and programs division, Risk Placement Services Inc. (RPS), acquired Greensburg, Pennsylvania-based W.N. Tuscano Agency Inc.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, provides services in approximately 130 countries.
Tuscano is a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker for independent agents in western Pennsylvania. The Tuscano team, led by Robin Tuscano, will remain in the firm’s current location under the direction of Steve Levin, Northeast Region leader for RPS.

NFP, an Aon company and leading property and casualty broker and benefits consultant, acquired Total Benefits Advisors, a Cleveland, Ohio-based advisory firm specializing in retirement services and employee benefits solutions for business owners and wealth management services for high-net-worth individuals.
Mark Breen, advisor and owner of Total Benefits Advisors, will join NFP as vice president, reporting to Steve Jans, wealth management national practice leader.
Since 2009, Total Benefits Advisors has helped employers and individuals in the Cleveland area with integrated wealth management, retirement services and employee benefits solutions.
Relation Insurance Services acquired the assets of Mid-State Insurance. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1986, Mid-State Insurance is based in Mequon, Wisconsin, and offers a comprehensive suite of solutions including business and commercial insurance, employee benefits, and home, auto, life and health insurance, servicing clients throughout the Midwest.
Enterprise Risk Associates acquired Hamann Insurance Group of Katy, Texas.

For over 45 years, Hamann Insurance Group has been serving both commercial and individual clients in the Houston metropolitan area. The agency has earned a reputation as a preferred insurance broker for HOAs and condominiums, and founder Dennis Hamann is a recognized leader in the specialty. Hamann will continue in his role with HIG post-closing.
KingsCover Insurance Services, a specialty agency serving churches and ministries, has rebranded as Dominion First Insurance Services LLC.
The name change does not affect ownership, leadership, staffing, or client policies–the agency continues under the same team that built its book of business.
Dominion First remains the agency partner of Texas Baptists and a premier partner in the KingsCover Underwriters program.
The agency operates exclusively in the church and ministry space.
Enterprise Risk Associates, the New York-based insurance brokerage focused on expansion through agency acquisitions, acquired Insurance Solutions of America (ISOA), headquartered in Oviedo, Florida.
ISOA was founded in 2007 by Scott Lugering and Amber LaSota. It has specialized in commercial coverage for businesses that provide protection systems for others–fire suppression, sprinkler, alarm, and security firms.
Lugering will remain at the helm of ISOA, and the team will keep operating out of the Oviedo office.

Mile Auto is an Atlanta, Georgia-based MGA. Founded in 2017, Miles is a pioneer in pay-per-mile auto insurance.
Atlanta-based Insurance House has over 62 years of MGA expertise relationships with independent insurance agencies throughout the Southeast.
The combined organization will continue operating under the Mile Auto and Insurance House brands. Insurance House’s carrier partner, Southern General Insurance Company, will continue its relationship with Insurance House as an independent fronting carrier.
