This Agency was built within Farmer’s, The book of business is made up of primarily homeowners insurance policies followed by auto policies, commercial policies, life insurance policies and specialty lines. The agency offers a variety of products from four primary carriers: Farmers Insurance, Foremost Star, Foremost Signature and Bristol West. The agency also has access to over sixty different companies that write lines of business that do not fit within the primary carrier. The brokerage company offers lines in commercial, home, auto, errors and omissions, garage and dealers, builder risk, umbrella, mobile home, and many others.
Established in 2020, the agency started from the ground up with zero polices. Within the first year of business, the agency grew to over 250 policies in force. In the second year, the business continued its trajectory and grew to around 600 policies. The agency received the rookie agency of the year award for policies in force, growth and other production requirements.
In 2022, The Agency acquired two additional books of business from other agents that sold. This added approximately 175 policies to the income stream and size of the book of business.
Currently, the business has a rolling 12-month premium in force of over $700,000. The new owner of the business has the potential for bonuses for up to six quarters to multiply
